Our Interface to the World Parts catalog  allows you to pick parts from the electronic catalog and place them on a Work Order , Estimate or Create a Purchase Order. You can also send the vehicle information to WorldPac to save time. If you need to place an order you can send it directly from the work order, estimate or purchase order and automatically update you stock. 

This will allow you to streamline your operation by improving accuracy and eliminating double entry.

While in an estimate or work order, click the WorldPac item on the lower part of the screen .

Click the send vehicle button to inform WorldPac about the vehicle you need parts for.

Lookup the items in WorldPac

Click the Export button in WorldPac to post the items to Shop Manager.

 Click update list in Shop Manager to bring over what you had WorldPac quote you on.

Double Click the items for this order and they will appear on the estimate, or work order. 

When your customer say go, click the order Now next to the parts you need and then Click Create WorldPac order.

WorldPac is now ready with your requested parts on an order that includes the Repair Order number for identification when you receive the order.
