We started our business in 1971. The accountant would
take 2 weeks to tell me how my month was, I needed more
information and sooner. My business is to sell and repair
luxury cars, not to try and figure out what button to
click. When we first started I hated computers, now I
can't think of a day when I don't use one. We have been
using this system for 8 years, and the support has been
excellent. We get updates that include our suggestions,
custom reports, Dealertrax even did our website with a live

Thank you
all for making the transition from shopman to
dealertrax a delight. I was a little bit
tentative at first because I was using something
familiar but after downloading the demo version and
toying with it it was a breeze. Not to mention some greet
tech support over the phone to transfer all my
existing records to the new version. Even
though I have not yet mastered the new version it
still comes very easy. I would highly
recommend Dealertrax to anyone considering a change
in software. I speak from experience when I
say
that changing to new software is not easy but these
guys make it a breeze. I was using a much
different program when I knew it was time to change
but I didn't want to go through the hassle of learning
a new program. I started with the original
Shopman and now with Dealertrax and I couldn't be
happier.

They came to my office and said "Try this
for 1 month, if you don't like it, you don't have to
buy it." I figured I could not go wrong. I had
a computer but, I did not have software. They loaded
Sales Manager, showed me how to put in my cars and
within 1 week, I had all my sales for the year in
the system, all my cars on the lot had window
stickers, and all the salesman had stock reports. I
can say for the first time I knew what my sales
were, my costs, and even what vendors were selling
me the most reliable cars. I bought the program the
second week, I love it.
