| Using the Sold Unit Details Module |

The Sold Units module allows you to work with sold units just like you work with current inventory. You can search by customer name, stock number and partial VIN.
The Details tab contains the all the primary information, i.e. stock number, VIN, miles, purchase date, sale date, cost etc.
The Pictures tab will 7 of the pictures of the unit that were attached when the vehicle was stocked in.
The Expenses tab contains line item details of every expense or repair that was posted on the unit, before and after the sale.
The Service tab contains two lists, the upper list shows every sold unit and the lower list that is linked to it contains line item details of work that was to be performed to it or has been performed and the status as well as completion dates. This screen functions the same was as the other Service screens throughout the system.
The buttons on the lower part of the screen allow you to print and export the data. The reports button will call the reports module that allows you to filter your data based on combinations of selected fields,i.e. Make = Ford and Vendor = A1 Wholesale.
The Export button will call the Excel export utility that allows you to select fields and then export them to an excel file.
