FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol, the FTP Module allows you to upload and download files from your selected servers. The large listbox on the left shows all the files and folders that the designated server contains. The 0 file size shows sub directories in this server.

The dropdown box on the right of the screen contains a list of all your sites, when you want to save a new one, fill in the FTP server field, username and password, along with the file spec and click the small [+]. The next time you want to go to that site, click on the dropdown and select the site.

The login button log you in and the get directory button on the lower left refreshes the list of files and folders. The download to and upload file paths are where and what files you want to send and receive from the server. The small buttons next to those fields allow you to find and select the files you want.
