The buttons and their functions are listed below:
Starts the Quick Deal Menu. You can use this "auto-pilot" feature to quickly create new deals.

Work with Amortization and Finance information. Caluclate payment information, print amortization schedules, and disclosure froms with ease.

View Deals in Progress. Quickly access all current deal information including customer information, deal information, and vehicle information.

Work with Accounts. Track your customer payments for "buy here pay here" deals. Also receive payments and print receipts using this feature.

View History. Use this module to transfer vehicles to "sold" status, view deal and customer information, liens, insurance, add-ons, etc.

Work with Stock. This module is used to add or modify vehicle information on stock you currently have on your lot. You can create and print stock reports, work with repairs and track all other expenses associated with selling.

Working with Client and Prospect Information. Add new customers and track current customers, co-buyers and all associated information.

Credit information can be stored in the Credit Module as well as credit applications printed.

Starts the Sales Kiosk. When not in use as a management tool, you can turn AutoSales32 into a sales tool. The Kiosk displays pictures, and sales info for all the vehicles in your inventory as a screen saver on your computer desktop.

Utilities are provided to help keep your database files in optimized condition. Some of these utilities are provided for our technical support. An interesting feature in the utilities menu is the ability for you to create a web page of all your current stock

The Financial module allows you to track your Sales progress. The ability to produce reports, graphs, and export the financial information to QuickBooks is processed through this module.

The Help button, We hope you don't have to use this feature, if we have done our jobs as programmers, but if you need help clicking this button will bring up our help system. Almost every screen will have a 'Help' button available. Pressing that button will bring up the relative help for that module.

The Export button allows you to send any of the databases to a file that can be used by external programs for analysis. The most popular formats are MS Excel(c) and comma seperated values.

The Invoice button calls the simple invoice module, which allows you to create a bill for your customer for services done and accept a payment or charge to thier account.

The Address list contains a list of all clients, prospects and vendors that have been entered in any of the modules. The update button updates this module.
