The main screen has two spreadsheet like views, the one on the top display the current inventory and allows you to select (by clicking on the select check box) The Select all will save you some time by as the name says selecting all the vehicles. If you made a mistake, you can either click the check box next to the vehicle you do not want to post to the web or clicking the DeSelect All button.

The Transfer Selected Vehicles for Web Posting button takes all the vehicles you picked from the top list and sends them to the bottom list. You can edit the information on the lower part of the screen , i.e. you want a different price on your website than is in your inventory.

The Send Data to the Internet Server button actually does an FTP (ask your Internet Guru) transfer of a text file to the website. If you upload the webpick.htm file to your site and then the webpick.csv file from the Sales32 \ Web folders, you can have a live site in a few minutes.

There is a file that is located in your Data folder called Goftp.txt , this file contains the information required by this program to upload data to your server. You will need help from your ISP if you plan on hosting this on your own server. We allow free space on our servers for our Registered users that purchase our support plan.
