The main screen has a spreadsheet like view that displays the current inventory and allows you to select (by clicking on the Web check box) The Select All button will save you some time by all the vehicles. If you made a mistake, you can either click the check box next to the vehicle you do not want to post to the web or clicking the DeSelect All button.

The Update Web with Selected Units button takes all the vehicles you picked from the top list and sends them to the the website. Please make sure you have entered the correct information in Company Setup Internet.

The FTP upload module will then appear and you will be asked if you want to upload your pictures. The system will update the Pix Sent checkbox to indicate that you have already sent the pictures. After the pictures are uploaded the system will ask you to upload the database to the website.

*** Please make sure that you have a Sales32 folder on your c: drive and a copy of the Internet folder from the server in this directory.
