Custom MS Excel Export


This module will create an MS Excel spreadsheet based on the fields and database that you have selected.

How to Use:

1 Click the [Select Database] button to pick the database or table that you want to export.

2 Double click each field in the list on the left to add to the list on the right that you want to include in your export. You can click the [>>] button to bring over the complete list of fields.

3 Sort the fields in the right list box by clicking and holding on the small square and moving the field to where you want it.

4 Click the [MS Excel Export] button

5 Type the name of the file that you are about to create

**Make sure you do not use an extension in the name i.e. xls because the program will create it for you.

6 You will then be prompted to f ind the file you created, it is stored by default in the Excel folder withing the Sales32 directory.

7 Excel will now open and your file will be ready to use
