Working with the Reports Module

DealerTrax Sales Manager enables the user to modify or create reports and labels. This feature can be invaluable to a business. With a set of powerful report tools and a little technical savy, you can retrieve the information you want, where you want it.

Click on Reports> Custom Reports from the main menu. Select Custom Reports from the list. A grid view screen will be displayed. This view displays all your custom reports and labels. It is here that all the necessary information needed to run your custom report is configured. This information is provided to you by technical support on a fee basis.

Learning to use these features could prove to be a time consuming process and as as result, Technical support for creating and modifying reports is not included in our limited Free Technical Support offered with the purchase of the program.
