The main reports for The Sales Manager are found in the Menu option called Reports and also on the Print button of almost every module in this system.

The Sales Reports option on the menu calls a screen that allows you to print / preview a report that show the makes of vehicles grouped together with an average cost, repair, selling price and net profit. This report can also be generated by salesman as the second option on thie list.

The third and fourth options are the Sales Recap Report , they are a spreadsheet view of the same data except they show more detail and can also be grouped by salesman.

The remaining reports on the menu can be viewed and modified if you find that you cannot get the information you need.
