Using the Marketing Module

This module will allow you to create letters, labels, post cards and export to MS Excel or MS Word selected customers for marketing.

You can select from a date range and deal type to view the list of customers for those ranges.

The grid will display a list that you can click [Select] on for sending filtering only the customers you pick to market.

You can edit any of the documents by selecting one from the lower dropdown menu and Right Clicking on the Lower [Build] button.

How it Works:

1 Select a Deal Type from the dropdown menu

2 Enter a start date for deals in that range

3 Enter an end date

4 Click the [Build] button

5 Select the type of document you want to create from the lower dropdown menu.

6 Click Build to process and preview your forms.
