The Price Builder is a utility that allows you to perform 'What If' analysis on your inventory. The actual price and cost of your inventory is not updated.

The primary benefit of this module is that you can enter an amount into the field next to the cost+ button and click it to show you waht some of your inventory values would be if you used a Cost+ method.

You can also enter an amount into the field next to the Retail- button and click it to show you waht some of your inventory values would be if you used a Retail- method.

If you enter a value, i.e. .75 in the field next to Down% and click the Down% button, the system will replace the New Down field the current cost multiplied by .75 and replace the Down_Diff field with the new down price. You can use this to see if your current down payments are in line.

The dropdown box on the far right side of the screen allow you to view only the vehicles that match, i.e. vehicles that have lower down payments after the calculation.
