The XCharge module will allow you to process credit cards from the Payments on accounts module.

You will need to have been appoved by Xcharge and have the software installed before you can use this module.

The system will automatically fill the account data on the screen from the customer information that you have setup in Accounts under the Notes tab, but you can enter or swipe the card at the point of purchase.

After the information is complete you can click the process button, the software will then send the transaction and if approved with display the Appoval code. This code will then be printed on the receipt and stored in the payment details of the customer. You should perform a daily batch closing from the Xcharge software as well as a daily closeout in our software.
