Using the Quick Deal Wizard

There are several ways to get a new deal started. If the prospect wants some general prices on vehicles and is probably not going to purchase today, you should use the Finance Module from the main toolbar. This module allows you to track many deals on the same vehicle and by deals for customers that are looking at several vehicles.

The other way to do a deal is to use the Quick Deal Wizard, it walks you through creating a new deal, step by step. Each Input screen is displayed in a stepping fashion. When you complete one screen you simply click the next button to continue on to the next topic. If you make a mistake, you can always press the back button to correct your errors.

The first wizard screen allows you to select the vehicle and fill in the customer information. Clicking next will take you to the second screen.

The second screen allows you to enter in the Co-Buyer information

The third screen allows you to verify that all the data for the selected vehicle is correct. Clicking next will take you to the next screen and clicking back will take you back to the Co-Buyer screen.

The fourth screen allows you to enter in the Primary Insurance information.Clicking next will take you to the next screen and clicking back will take you back to the vehicle screen.

The fifth screen allows you to enter in the Secondary Insurance information.Clicking next will take you to the next screen and clicking back will take you back to the Primary Insurance screen.

The sixth screen allows you to enter in the warranty or service contract information.

The seventh screen will allow you to enter in the data for the first trade.

The eight screen will allow you to enter in the data for the second trade.

The ninth screen will allow you to enter in the primary and secondary Lien holder information.

The tenth screen is called the finance screen. This is where you can verify that the payment, selling price, down payment, etc.. are correct for this deal. Click the calculate button after you select the payment type and frequency to calculate the payment and balance.

Clicking on the amortize button will allow you to print a coupon book and payment sheet for this deal. Click next to go to the main deal screen and print forms.

Do not worry if you fail to complete the deal due to missing information. All the deal information you entered will be stored in the Deals Module.

Important Note: The Quick Deal Module is designed only for creating New Deals. You cannot edit a deal you have already started once you exit the module. The Deals Module is designed for editing incomplete deals.

You can usually pick the fields that you want to pick from by clicking the drop down buttons located on the right of any of the fields. If you enter information in a field, the data will be stored and available for you the next time you click on a drop down box.
