Finance

This module is used to help you and your client arrive at a descision on the vehicle and price that they want and can afford.


The [Customer] tab allows you to enter the name and related infomation about your customer so that you can track each deal. This information will also transfer to Deals when you click on the [Transfer] button.


The [Deal Financing] tab is where you can arrive at the price and or payments for the customer.


Clicking on the Button next to the stock number will let you pick from your vehicles. If you want a specific payment amount click the [Rollback] button and enter in the desired amount, this will update the selling price. The small control field is a coded Gross Profit amount on this deal, to view it click on it and then click it again to hide it.


The [Disclosure] tab shows you the amount of profit and all the related price fields that go with a deal, i.e. trade amounts, trade payoffs and all the fees. If you click on the [Print Disclosure] button a 'Deal Washout' report will be displayed. The small button next to Cash price allows you to pick from other vehicles that match your desired price range from stock.


The [Amortization] tab will generate a payments schedule for the price that your customer agreed to.


The [Price Finder] tab allows you to match a customers budget to the prices of the vehicles that you have in stock less the amount of tax, docs and other fees.


The [Setup] button on the lower part of the screen will allow you to setup all the deal defaults. i.e. the finance rate, payments and tax rates.

The [Transfer] button will copy this deal to the Deals module. The deals module is where all open (working) deals are stored. The paperwork for the deal is also generated on the Deals module.

How it Works:

1. Click the [New] Button

2. Select the Customer Info tab

3. Enter in the name and other info you want to store

4. Click on the Deal Financing tab

5. Click the Button next to stock number or type in the
stock number you want

6. Enter in any deal specific numbers, i.e. Down, Trade

7. Click [Calculate] button

8. The Payment Amount is now displayed.

9. If you need a specific Payment amount, click on Rollback and enter the desired payment, it will roll the difference into the Selling Price.

10. Click on the disclosure tab, this will show you the Deal Recap info. You can print a Washout from here.


11. If you need a quote for your customer, click the [Quote] button, right clicking will let you edit the design of this form.

12 Click the [Amortization] tab to display a payment stream that includes the interest and balance for each date, you can also print this.

13 If the customor decides to buy this unit, click on the [Transfer] button to carry all the data over to the [Deals] module.
